We use both PostNord and Posten for all our returns. Returns are made easy with a QR code that you show at your nearest drop-off location.

If you print the shipping label yourself, it is crucial that the package is delivered to the correct carrier. If you choose Posten, the package must be delivered to a Posten drop-off location. If you choose PostNord, the package must be delivered to a PostNord drop-off location.

We are not responsible if the package is delivered to the wrong carrier and gets lost.

Important: Make sure to remove the old shipping label or place the new shipping label over the old one if you are returning the item in the same packaging.

If you fill out the return form, you can choose in advance whether you want a refund or an exchange. If you do not fill out the form, you will receive an email when our warehouse receives the return to select either an exchange or a refund.

You will receive an email once our warehouse has received your return. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account from the time we process the credit.

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

Exchanges are made easy by providing a gift card that covers the cost of the exchange plus shipping.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received the last item.

For returns that are not exchanges, the return cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The cost is 79 NOK.

This only applies if you use our return solution/label. There is no deduction if you return the item at your own expense. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the return reaches our warehouse. We therefore recommend using tracked shipping if you pay for the return yourself.
